THE ORGANIZATION SHALL (A) SOLICIT AND DISTRIBUTE FUNDS TO PROVIDE UNEMPLOYED AND UNDEREMPLOYED INDIVIDUALS ACCESS TO PROFESSIONAL AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING, EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE AND JOB PLACEMENT RECOURCES (B) VOLUNTARILY RENDER FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS WHICH SUPPORT THE ABOVE PURPOSE (C) TO DO ANY ACT OR THING INCIDENTAL TO OR CONNECTED WITH THE FOREGOING PURPOSES OR IN ADVANCEMENT THEREOF

To raise funds for cancer , awareness, and prevention, specifically for hypercalcemic small cell ovarian carcinoma and ovarian cancer, and to provide financial support for individuals and families

Provided financial aid and other assistance to members and the , widows, widowers, and children of deceased and active New York City Custodian Engineers. Seven individuals obtained financial aid and other assistance during the year.

IMPROVING THE QUALITY PUBLIC EDUCATION AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES PROVIDED TO THE CHILDREN NEW YORK CITY BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO AID WITH THE DEVELOPMENT, FORMATION, OPERATION AND ADMINISTRATION CHARTER SCHOOLS IN NEW YORK CITY, INCLUDING THE DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATIONS THE UNITY PREPARATORY CHARTER SCHOOL .

TO HELP INNOVATORS AND STARTUPS ON THE JOURNEY FROM PHYSICAL PROTOTYPE THROUGH TO COMMERCIALIZATION AND IMPACT AT SCALE.

The . . consists of approximately 20 doctors dentist PAs nurses translators and aides. Annually we provide "in-country" free and dental examinations as well as medications vitamins clothing and other health and beauty supplies to about 1,500 sick and poor families in Honduras. Due to COVID-19 the April 2021 trip was cancelled. However we provided and humanitarian supplies remotely through the School Sisters of Notre Dame in US and Honduras. Note additional collection of and Humanitarian supplies and funds due to two Category IV Hurricanes which devastated Honduras in Nov 2020 was delivered in early 2021.

THE LILYSARAHGRACE EMPOWERS AND CHALLENGES TEACHERS IN UNDERFUNDED PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS ACROSS THE NATION TO INCORPORATE THE ARTS and CREATIVITY INTO THEIR ACADEMIC CURRICULUMS.

COLLECTING AND WAREHOUSING HOUSEHOLD GOODS FOR DISTRIBUTION AND DELIVERY TO POOR, NEEDY OR DISTRESSED INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN NEED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, IN COOPERATION WITH AND/OR UPON REFERRAL BY CHARITABLE AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS THAT SERVE SUCH DISADVANTAGED INDIVIDUALS OR GROUPS.

TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE IN THE FORM OF CHILD CARE TO FAMILIES IN THE COMMUNITY IN NEED OF , SPECIAL EVENTS, AND SUMMER CHILD CARE. SERVICES ARE OPEN TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY.

TO RENDER AIDE AND SUPPORT TO DISASTER RELIEF VICTIMS IN TROPICAL, LOW INCOME AREAS

TO RECONSTRUCT JOURNALISM FROM GROUND UP BY SUPPORTING NEXT GENERATION OF JOURNALISTS.

The oversees food pantries in Andes and Roxbury for persons in need food assistance. This outreach provides emergency food assistance to needy food insecure persons and families throughout the area. Funds were used to procure food and to provide oversight and operational expenses for three pantries that are run by volunteers. We also provide religious and devotional material for residents in our area nursing homes. We have also received a one-time grant in 2020 to facilitate assistance to people affected adversely by COvID 19 We used part that grant in 2021 to help transition the Roxbury Food Pantry into a new location when its former home in a church proved unsatisfactory. Another part that grant was used to help move a trailer home for a family who fix it up and make it their home.

THE ORGANIZATION WILL PROVIDE AWARENESS OF CHRONIC DISORDERS TO THE PUBLIC, STIMULATE, FOSTER, AND ENCOURAGE INTEREST, AWARENESS AND ACTIVISM AT THE STATE AND NATIONAL LEVEL WITH REFERENCE TO THE FIGHT AGAINST CHRONIC DISORDERS. IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE PURPOSES, THE CORPORATION WILL PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO INDIVDUALS WITH CHRONIC DISORDERS.

TO PROVIDE PHILANTHROPIC SUPPORT TO LOCAL SOUTH SHORE MASSACHUSETTS FAMILIES THAT HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY UNFORSEEN ILLNESS, ACCIDENT OR TRAGETY.
